Deposit, Cancellation & Appointment Policy
"Our bills aren't cancelled when you cancel."
At Hussh, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved especially for you. When a booking is made, we set aside dedicated time, prepare your treatment plan, and often turn away other clients who are hoping to secure that appointment time.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of making your appointment request.
If you need to make changes to your booking, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client on our waitlist.
Please note that any appointment that is cancelled, rescheduled, shortened, altered, moved, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service value, unless we are able to refill the appointment with another client.
This includes:
Cancelling your appointment
Rescheduling to another date or time
Arriving late and being unable to receive your full treatment
Reducing treatment time or removing services from your booking
Changing to a lower-value treatment
Clients who have prepaid for appointments, are attending under a membership, or are redeeming a Hussh Gift Voucher will forfeit 100% of the scheduled service value should their appointment be cancelled, altered, rescheduled, or missed within the 48-hour period, unless the appointment can be successfully filled by another client.
Messages left outside business hours will be reviewed from 9:00am on the next business day, and notice periods will be calculated accordingly.
Should Hussh need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to therapist illness or unforeseen circumstances, no fees will apply and we will work with you to find the next suitable appointment.
We truly value your time and appreciate your understanding that our therapists' time is equally valuable. These policies allow us to continue providing exceptional service, support our team, and accommodate the many clients waiting to experience Hussh.

Our menu is designed to be enjoyed as a couples or group experience, with our beautifully appointed double massage rooms, couples retreat suite with bath, double rain shower or double aromatherapy shower. It is the perfect excuse to enjoy your spa treatment with your loved one for that extra special bonding time.

You will receive a booking reminder message with links to complete or update your consultation form & health agreement, please make sure to have these completed before arrival.

Please arrive 15/20 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary forms over a cup of herbal tea or water in our Zen Lounge. This ensures our therapist are able to utilise your whole appointment time for treatments. If you do arrive late unfortunately your treatment time will be affected to ensure our next patiently waiting clients are not left waiting.

We accept payment by Cash, EFTPOS, After-pay, or Timelypay.

We ask that all mobile phones are switched off before entering the spa to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all.

We aim to provide a relaxing and therapeutic environment for adults. Treatments and facilities are not suitable for children under 16 years old.

While we endeavour to keep the web site and price lists up to date, management reserves the right to change treatments and prices from time to time and without notice.
