Body Wraps
Designed to detoxify (kaolin) or hydrate (seaweed) the skin our body wraps will be chosen to suit your skin type and condition.
Begin with a full body dry body brush to stimulate, exfoliate and prepare for the mask application. Either a seaweed or kaolin mask will be applied to the skin to target your body main concerns. While wrapped the therapist will then perform a hydrating or purifying facial with scalp massage. Next enjoy melting away under one of our water rituals to remove the mask before retiring to the lounge with a warm herbal tea. -

Begin in our relaxation lounge amercing yourself in the soft lighting and ambiance with a light snack and beverage, centring your body and mind prior to your experience.
The journey will start with a sauna session to detoxify, boost circulation and lymphatic flow which in turn reduces inflammation.
Then enjoy a 60-minute Swedish Balance and Calm Massage designed to ensure total body relaxation with specialty oils to promote a deep sense of calm and tranquillity.
But the pampering doesn’t end here; enjoy an ampoule therapy Sothys facial designed for your skin type and condition. While the mask is on your scalp will be released of tension with one of our delirious massage specialities.

An indulgent journey of purification, warmth and water therapy inspired by ancient hammam traditions.
Your experience begins with ritual dry body brushing, awakening the skin and stimulating lymphatic flow with long, intentional strokes. This prepares the body, encouraging circulation and gently refining texture before deeper cleansing begins.
You are then enveloped in a traditional Turkish black olive soap ceremony, where warm steam softens the skin and rich clouds of hand-whipped bubbles cascade over the body. A meticulous exfoliation follows, removing dull surface cells and revealing luminous, silk-smooth skin beneath.
